Annie Blem is The Bashful Goat. She is an artist of many trades and has been tattooing professionally for over ten years. Annie graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Artist Practices with a minor in Arts Education from Portland State University in 2015. Currently Annie is located in Lebanon, Oregon with her husband Ian and many dogs.

Working as a freelance artist she is busy making book jackets, custom illustrations, zines, stickers, murals, and pursuing her own sense of style while creating art for clients.
